It is supposed to be on the seller to show you the original owner’s copy of the title for the property they are selling. If they can’t show it to you, it doesn’t matter what their reason is. That’s a big red flag telling you to run away from that transaction.
my father is trying to sell his property in the Philippines and the potential buyer is requesting a copy of the title as well as a copy of my mother and father’s identification. I have a very hard time trying to understand why they would need a copy of my mother and father’s identification and a copy of the title. They say it is because it will speed up the process of transferring the title. My parents will be in the PI for about 3 weeks…I believe that is plenty of time for the transferring of the titles. Am I wrong by being worried about sending that information via email to this person we do not know?
tingnan nyo po sa likod ng titulo kung wala na po bang obligasyon na babayaran ang may ari nito sir. ang mas maganda po nyan ay magpakuha po kayo ng UPDATED na certified thru copy nito sa ROD. ang mas maganda po nyan ay kayo po ang kumuha para cgurado po kayo ng hindi gawa sa recto.
can I join the conversation here? coz i read some guys right down below on the comment. bro if you have doubts in buying properties were ever in the world you are you should go to find out yourself if you dont trust anyone even yourself how pity is that. huh. anyway if you are interested to buy properties you have to gather information and ask not one lawyer but two and if your still in-doubts then better take your ass out of the business.
Im buying properties and im new at the real state industries but putting negative to your head is not helpful instead you must research how or what is the best thing you can do to have the authentic papers.

ganito ang ano po number ng TCT nyu, at tingnan nyu po sa ilalim ng titulo saan manggaling ang OCT nyu.. at decree..
